•  What are the ideal fitness and nutrition goals based on their unique body types
• My clients and I will agree on a SMART sustainable plan for fitness and nutrition
• We will determine what (if any) the hindrances are for fitness and nutrition
• My client and I will work together and strategies on a plan to remove hindrances
• My client and I will work together to monitor and analyze progress
• My client and I will continue to drive consistency
• All developed plans will be continuously reviewed to ensure continued and sustainable success
• We will develop and create a control plan for my client to follow once the process is complete

My approach has been and will always be, that of a guide, and a leader, someone who can assist individuals with achieving their goals, rather than telling them what their goals should be. My goal is to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
